Hello from Texas! It has been an awesome tour so far and we have made lots of new friends along the way. Currently I am sitting in the lobby of our hotel, enjoying my 3rd or so cup of their delicious "Bold Beginnings" brew. Today is our first true day off... which interestingly isn't really a day off at all. There are always people to respond to, videos to be made, shows to be booked, merchandise designs to review etc. etc. Not that I am complaining. Everyone in this band likes to work hard for the goal we are driving (literally and metaphorically) towards. One of the most amazing aspects of tour is how four guys can be around each other nearly every second for over a month and still get along and have fun together. This has thus far been the best tour we have been on. The most fun, best sounding and inspiring. We are down to the core group now. Each of us realizes that we have an awesome opportunity in front of us, and we are all equally motivated to achieve it. We can not thank everyone who continues to support us enough.
We have played a lot of shows already, from Boise, Idaho to San Antonio, Texas. This next week is going to be blast. We will be performing at and attending many of the festivals going on in Austin. We have been told by numerous sources that SXSW is amazing and like no other festival. As always, we will be keeping everyone up to date with any developments.
